Spent a wonderful spring evening at Lick Creek Park with Alexis & Tim. These hometown sweethearts are getting married this October and we can't wait!
The skies cleared up wonderfully for these two despite several days of cold and rainy weather. Kim & John met during their undergraduate studies at Texas A&M, so what better place to host their engagement photographs!
I met Martha & Alvaro through my cousin and it just so happens we went to the same high school! After spending the evening with them I knew for sure photographing their wedding would be a lot of fun. Although their kids were shy at first, the chalkboard prop made for a good distraction and soon they didn't even notice the camera!
This engagement session was very memorable not only because of the wonderful couple but also because of the gorgeous scenery. When Christina suggested that we go to Independence we were more than willing to discover a new place. Independence is truly a photographer's dream! After a few snaps of the camera, Christina and Miguel really let their guard down and their wonderful connection showed. Congratulations you two, we can't wait for your wedding!
